Is there a way to reach Dr. Dzangaliev by mail or by e-mail with the purpose of obtaining scionwood of some of the varieties he feels most strongly about preserving?

I am interested in getting involved in the saving of these trees.
I raise fruit trees, and think they would do well in the high lands of Granville Vermont where I have property. Perhaps this could be done by grafting. Please contact me at your convience
