If we now know that letting the public into places like this is damaging the other life forms in there, surely it is time to stop letting them in. Seems like a no-brainer to me. But you can bet your life it won’t happen. This is just another example of the unquestioned - presumably unconscious - anthropocentrism that exists everywhere.We grant ourselves the ‘right to trample’ and yet call ourselves lovers of Nature.
