Peter Viola Will Be Missed

Orion Grassroots Network intern Peter Viola will be leaving the Orion Grassroots Network to join the staff of Energy Action Coalition, one of the largest and most proactive youth environmental networks in the country, in Washington, DC. His role will be to help organize Power Shift 2007, the first national youth conference on global warming, this November 2nd-5th at University of Maryland-College Park.

Peter is looking forward to new adventures, meeting new faces, and dedicating his efforts to new challenges.

Orion will miss him for his enthusiasm, his active support of Step It Up and other causes that resonate with Orion’s mission, and for his always generous spirit.
