Touchstone Books—Which Are Yours?
Many of us have favorite books, touchstone texts we return to so that we may flip familiar pages and find a favorite passage or poem. Do you? Which books? Why do you keep coming back to them?

The book I keep coming back to is THE ELEMENTS OF STYLE, which is funny as well as wise, and is a sort of SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL (another I return to often) for writers. “Use fewer words.” Good advice for web-posters.
