This is a beautiful set of photos that put face to the many, many people who are “car-free,” by choice, by necessity, or, as Ms Meyer notes, something in between. It’s not easy living without a car (notice I didn’t write “without wheels” — check out the bikes, unicycles, and skateboards!), but it’s not impossible either. Fantastic!
