Important Account Information

In My Account you can view your past orders, as well as the address information that the website will default to for future orders. Changes you make in My Account only affect your experience on Orion‘s website, and don’t translate to our database. To ensure your changes and requests or received, follow the instructions below. 

  • If you’d like to update your mailing address, click here.
  • If you’d like to know your final issue, it’s listed on the back of your magazine at the bottom of the address label. 
  • If you have any other questions regarding Orion subscriptions you’ve gifted or purchased, click here and choose “Subscription Questions” from the dropdown menu. An Orion employee will respond to your question shortly. 
  • If you require further assistance, give us as call at (888) 909-6568.

All orders received by Orion and queued for fulfillment are described as Processing on our website and in emailed receipts. Order statuses are not updated once they’ve been marked at Processing, so there’s no need to check back in My Account. If you think you might be missing an issue or are concerned about any Orion subscriptions you’ve gifted or purchased, let us know by clicking here, and we’ll take care of it.
